Rates
Great Room Only - $500 per event
•Great Room w/use of kitchen additional $250
•5 hour span for meetings, parties, reunions, weddings, receptions, etc
•$50 for each additional hour
•Time for decorating or work preceeding any event can be scheduled in advance at no extra charge.
NOTE: Mallard Pointe will have personel on site for duration of any event.

Great Room Package - $2,000 plus tax
•Great room and use of all bedrooms (sleeps 28 in 12 double bed rooms).
•Use of kitchen and contents excluding food and chef.
NOTE: This fee does not change depending on the number of rooms used.

Conference Room Only - $250 for 5 hours - each additional hour $50
Conference Room For Parties - $350 with $200 deposit
Conference Room For Business Meetings - $400
•Use of projection system and sound equipment
Business Meetings For 2 Days or More - $800
Dinner Parties:
•Steak - $25 per person
•Steak and Shrimp - $30 per person
•Chicken or Fish - $20 per person
•Lunch - $10 per person
